Adults 18 and older in Geauga County who have developmental disabilities receiving services through Geauga County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

Referral needed from GCBDD, will be advised about other needed documents.

Provides 26 supported living residences for adults who have developmental disabilities. Maximum of four people per residence. Geauga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (GCBDD) provides 24-hour in-home support services through contracted providers.
