Application process

Print application from website. Fill out application and return to intake department by fax or mail to the City Gospel Mission address listed in application. Phone interview with Intake Coordinator to be completed after application submission. All applicants evaluated on an individual basis by City Gospel Mission's Recovery Team.

Provides a Christian-based long-term residential recovery program. Program serves men and women experiencing issues with substance use, homelessness, mental-health stabilization, and/or repeated incarceration.
