Must reside in the 44106, 44108, 44110, and 44112 zip code, and be low-income. People may be served one time only on an emergency basis.

Proof of Residency: Utility bill or driver's license OWF/TANF card or eligibility letter Valid photo ID that lists an expiration date: accepts driver's license, state ID, passport, etc.
