Eligibility

For zero-interest loans: Must reside in Cleveland Heights or Shaker Heights and must be homeowners. Targets low to moderate income households as defined by federal housing agency guidelines. For home repair assistance: Must be in Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, or Buckeye-Woodhill. For home financial counseling: Home Buyer Education, Tool Lending Library, and Home Repair Classes open to all Cuyahoga County residents.
