Eligibility
For snow removal: Must be a resident of Moreland Hills, 60 and older or 18 and older and physically or medically disabled. Must be low income (no greater than $25,000 per year). Must not have any able-bodied person living in same residence, and must live at residence where snow removal is requested. Must be up to date on property taxes.
