Serves residents of Columbiana, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, and Wayne counties.

Legal HelpLine Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:00am to Noon 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Friday: 9:00am to Noon. Online application system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. - Virtual Clinic held by Zoom meeting every Tuesday at 4:00pm. - Online toolkit is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Description

Provides various methods of assistance for tenants with eviction issues: - Offers a hotline for individuals to receive eviction advice from an attorney. - Holds virtual clinics, by Zoom meeting, to provide general information on the eviction process and have questions answered by an attorney. - Provides an online toolkit to walk renters through the eviction process, help them prepare for court and provides template documents needed.

Provides free civil legal services and legal advocacy for low income and older adult Ohioans in Columbiana, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, and Wayne counties. Helps low income and older adults achieve and maintain self-sufficiency through legal representation and the provision of information, advice, and self-help tools.
