Description

Provides assessment for chemical dependency as well as group and individual counseling on substance abuse. Provides case management services to those with substance abuse issues. Offers after care and relapse prevention support to assist the client in remaining drug-free. Services may be used to fulfill court requirements; agency will share any necessary documents with entities such as the courts, probation officers, and lawyers as needed.
