Application process
Call 740-399-8008 for an appointment. Counseling services at Mount Vernon and Danville locations. Paperwork completed before appointment or onsite. Walk-ins and appointments accepted.
Fees
Accept Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care Plans, Medicare, insurance plans. Patients that do not have insurance will be eligible for sliding fee scale with proof of income. Out-of-pocket expenses can be reduced depending on income and family size. Costs are significantly lower than going to ER or urgent care. Significant cost reduction for any Lab work and prescriptions. Regardless of payer source, NO ONE is turned away.

Although our difficulties are unique, we all face trials of many kinds. Facing these trials, with the support of a counselor, can be an empowering experience. Outpatient Counseling Services include: Diagnostic assessments, Individual counseling for children, adolescents and adults, Play therapy for children, Family counseling, Marital counseling, Substance Use Disorder counseling for adolescents and adults, Behavioral Health counseling (PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, etc.)

Services include medical, dental, addiction treatment, mental health counseling, as well as women's health, well child visits, exams for work, school and sports MEDICAID Patients welcomed.
