Class is six sessions. Individuals may schedule which class is best for them. Helpline hours are M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm.

Description

Provides an education program on topics that may be useful to those who provide care for youth who are experiencing mental health symptoms. Focus is to build the sense of available resources and to network with others. Topics may include advocating for child’s rights at school and in health care settings; preparation for and respond to crisis situations (self-harm, suicide attempts, etc.);the importance of self care.
