Serves users, or friends and family members of users, in Carroll County who are in treatment of any opioid drugs such as heroin, methadone, Percocet, Vicodin, and oxycontin.

Description

Provides a free kit that contains naloxone, a prescribed nasal inhalant that reverses an opioid overdose. Opiates can include fentanyl, heroin, methadone, Percocet, Vicodin, and oxycontin.
