Eligibility

Women who are pregnant or have given birth to a child who is less than one year old and are experiencing depression. Must live in Cuyahoga or Lorain County.

Required documents

Insurance card (if applicable) Social security number pay stub or benefits letter as verification of income (for sliding scale).

Hours

Varies as arranged day evening, and weekend appointments available.

Fees

Accepts Medicaid, and sliding scale (if not on Medicaid) down to 30% gross income

Description

Provides assessment and individual counseling for women who are experiencing postpartum depression or depression during pregnancy. If needed, treatment by a psychiatrist will be made available.
