Eligibility

Males age 8-15, residing in Ohio, who act out in either a physically and/or sexually aggressive manner.

Required documents

Most recent mental health records, including any psychological and/or neurological testing that may have been done. Birth Certificate, Social Security number, and various consent forms.

Hours

24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Application process

Generally, a referral from a county agency is needed - but in some cases, will accept self-referral. May phone for information, M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm.

Fees

Fixed fee (generally paid for by referring county agency).

Description

Provides a residential treatment program designed to meet the therapeutic, educational, and recreational needs of boys who act out in a physically and/or sexually aggressive manner. Program consists of three phases: intensive treatment in a staff-secured residential cottage, a "step-down" period in an open residential cottage, and community follow-up.
