Open to participants and beneficiaries of private, employer-sponsored pension/retirement plans. EBSA cannot assist with plans sponsored by the Federal government, or a State or local government, such as a public school or a police department.

Description

Provides information, education, and advocacy for people who are experiencing difficulties understanding or collecting their private retirement benefits, or who have other complaints about the terms or administration of their private pension/retirement plan. Provides assistance with obtaining private retirement benefits that have been improperly denied when appropriate.
