Application process

Phone for information. Counseling appointments can be made at various MetroHealth locations.

Fees

No fee for service; Those without insurance will be screened for Medicaid eligibility or Healthcare Marketplace. If ineligible the patient may receive an income based discount toward charges depending on county residence.
