Veterans 60 or older and an Ohio resident. Gross monthly income at or below $1,485.
Required documents
Copy of DD 214 form. If the veteran does not have a copy, Pro Seniors can provide the paperwork necessary to obtain a copy, or the veteran can complete an online application at eVetRecs.
