Eligibility

Open to residents of Kentucky who are experiencing substance use concerns. The program is not able to assist individuals who have an outstanding arrest warrant, are a registered sex offender in any state, are an unaccompanied minor, or who present a reasonable risk of harming others.

Application process

Walk-ins accepted. Participants will be asked to consent to being searched but will not be charged, jailed, or investigated for any drugs and/or drug paraphernalia found. Participation in the initiative is voluntary and individuals may decide to discontinue services without any consequences at any time during the intake process.
