Simple tasks include changing ceiling light bulbs and installing grab bars. More complex projects include handicap accessibility such as raised toilets, showers, and ramps. This is not a complete list of eligible projects. USS also provides seasonal grass mowing for eligible older homeowners who need assistance to maintain their property.

This program is designed to help people age 60 or better, with low income living in Clark county meet one time expenses such as a utility shut off notice or an unanticipated critical expense.
