Provides emergency assistance for services and items related to maintaining or obtaining employment.
Transportation and Employment Assistance:
Provides assistance with automotive repairs, parts, service, towing charges and so forth. Offers drivers’ education courses, drivers’ license fees and license plate fee assistance. Purchase of special tools and equipment needed for employment (such as wrenches for a car mechanic, work boots, tool belts, safety equipment, back supports and so forth.).

Provides assistance with expenses related to higher education and/or training such as testing for State licenses, board certification, commercial driver’s license, costs of books, lab fees and registration fees.
Relocation Assistance:
Will assist with relocation expenses if the client must move for employment purposes. Relocation expenses for employment out of county or out of state only.

Offers emergency financial assistance for critical baby items, food, and vision care to active duty service member with rank of rank E1-E6 with DEERS-eligible dependents.
