Food Protection Program | Ashland County Health Department

Protects Ashland County from foodborne illness. In the event that a foodborne outbreak does occur, epidemiologic action is taken by the Health District to control the outbreak and bring it to a conclusion. Also provides the licensing and inspection of all Food Service Operations, Vending Machine Operations, Retail Food Establishments, and Temporary Food and Mobile FSO/RFE within the jurisdiction of the Health Districts.
