Prevents and reduces neighborhood youth crime and delinquent behavior while improving both mental and physical well being. Provides diverse, positive activities and opportunities for youth ages five to twelve. Provides transportation to five different schools, to and from their school. Upon arrival the children are given a hot nutritious meal and then they can attend: arts and crafts, swimming two times a week, playground, gym, game room, computer lab, homework study center and tutorial help. Open all school vacations days during the school year and on snow days from 9 am to 6 pm.

Provides a program to divert youth who have committed a first offense from further patterns of activity that would lead towards increased involvement with the justice system. A social worker/case manager works with the family to determine a case plan with appropriate options.
