Can provide assistance and guidance in regard to identity theft for those who suspect that another person is fraudulently using their benefits (for example, stealing their SNAP benefits). Will also accept reports of other fraudulent activity such as lying on an application, selling benefits for cash, or retailer lying on an application to rejoin the SNAP program after being disqualified. Tips may be anonymous if the caller wishes.
