The Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) provides rental assistance to very low income families, allowing them the opportunity to live in decent, safe, and affordable housing. Certificates/Forms Assistance For Veterans | Veterans Service Commission - Allen County

Assists veterans obtain copies of their military records and decorations. Provides the necessary SF-180 form. Office also has the emergency phone numbers for all branches of the military in case a veteran's records are needed for medical care. Assists veterans in requesting a 'review of discharge' to modify their discharge status; for example, from 'general' to 'honorable'.
