Provides information on how to register to receive the COVID-19 vaccine as it becomes available to the public. Inoculations are provided at immunization clinics to help prevent individuals from contracting and further spreading the COVID-19 virus. The two vaccines approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration require two doses, either 21 or 28 days apart.
As of December 14 2020, Ohio has started distributing COVID-19 vaccines statewide to those who choose to be vaccinated. Ohio will follow a phased approach to vaccine administration. As of March 29, 2021, all Ohioans over the age of 12 are eligible to recieve a vaccine. Homebound vaccines are available.

Provides initial screening that may lead to arranging an appointment for an in-home Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination, including booster shots. Vaccination is provided by outside organizations such as the local fire department, National Guard, etc. The vaccine provided (Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson) will depend on availability and client preference. Client preference may affect how long it will take to receive the vaccine (for example, if the client wants the Moderna vaccine, and none is available at the time, the client may have a longer wait for service).
