The program focuses on skill development, companionship, socialization, and community integration. Transportation to and from the HELP Adult Day Support Program is available.

Adult Services | Geauga County Board Of Developmental Disabilities

Facilitates (but does not run) a wide range of programs for adults with developmental disabilities. Each consumer is guided by an individual service plan which is reviewed at least once per year. Supportive services such as communication skills training, psychological services, social work, home training services, and physical therapy assessments are provided along with vocational programs which include work evaluation, basic daily skills development, basic and standard work activities, on-the-job training, supported employment, and job placement. Consumers choose a partner agency and earn wages for their work. A social and recreational program for older adults is also available.

Wings | Pegasus Farm

Provides therapeutic, recreational, social and vocational opportunities. Some of the activities include a year-round exercise plan, horse grooming and stable care, therapeutic equestrian activities, small animal care, vegetable gardening and group activities. Participants also work at Pegasus Country Store, a local store that features local vendors, bulk foods, and vegetables grown in the farm's garden.
