Provides comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to patients as requested by their physician. Develops a treatment program for each patient. Offers an accredited work-conditioning program.

Provides therapies designed to increase mobility, independence, and flexibility. Treatments deal with conditions that strain joints and muscles from problems as common as overuse to complex conditions such as brain injury, stroke, Parkinson's Disease, and multiple sclerosis. Services include therapy in water and hand and upper extremity therapy.

Provides participants with a structured day of activities in a safe environment; breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided; for persons with Alzheimer's, a related disorder, or frail elderly. Transportation available.

Provides a program for those with neurological and non-neurological impairments who no longer require 24-hour inpatient medical care but who still require intensive rehabilitative therapy (instruction in activities of daily living, for example) and occasional nursing. A meal is included in the day's activities.

An industrial medicine and safety service program. Provides diagnoses and treats acute occupational illnesses and injuries, drug testing, plan and implement wellness programs and manage Workers' Compensation cases among a variety of other services.

Included are planning for families with a member who requires an increased/increasing level of care; recommendations and referrals to address problem areas; counseling to deal with life change, loss, anxiety and depression; physical, occupational, or speech therapy; skilled home nursing; personal emergency response systems that alert a remote agency when someone has fallen and requires assistance. Service includes caregiver training.
