Two types of benefits packages are available: Home Health Services and Waiver Benefits. Home Health Services provide nursing, daily living, and skilled therapy. Waiver Benefits provide the same services but may also include: home delivered meals, emergency response systems, home modifications, adult day health services, out-of-home respite care, social work, and care coordination.
