The EN monitors employment supports to ensure successful outcomes. The EN also focuses on maintaining employer contacts in the community to develop ongoing resources for job-seekers, as well as helping to build the capacity of provider-partners.

Individuals participating in CCMEP are required to commit to participating in activities outlined in their individual opportunity plan for a minimum of 20 hours per week. CCMEP case managers are required to engage with participants at least every 30 days, or if a participant is receiving intensive case management, at least every 14 days.

Some services include paid employment and supportive services, such as rehabilitation engineering, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, and physical therapy. Individualized and small group instruction in self-directed leisure activities, computer skills, and the like, are offered.
