Provides a variety of adoption services. Offers information on adoption and the different types of adoption. Provides evaluation of families looking to adopt and placement of children into an adoptive home. Offers post adoption services including counseling, therapeutic education, support groups, anger management and respite care.

Services include education on the requirements for international placements, conducting home studies, and providing the necessary post-placement supervision. Pre- and post-adoption counseling is available for parents and adoptees. Service available through Columbus office only.

Women’s Center–Dayton offers abortion alternatives including free pregnancy tests and ultrasound scans to those who qualify. Free and confidential consultations are provided to clients who are pregnant so can understand options: adoption, abortion, or parenting. Program provides a 24 hour helpline, free pregnancy test and assistance, free ultrasound, post-abortion support, information about abortion alternatives and mentoring services. Material assistance: free infant formula and diapers, baby and infant equipment. Quantities and ability to earn material assistance are determined by agency.

All services are free and confidential to ensure that decisions made about a client's health are based upon sound, factual medical information in a comfortable, professional center. Also offers information about abortion and alternatives, free ultrasounds, post-abortion support and mentoring services. Quantities and ability to earn material assistance are determined by the agency.

Offers adoption, foster care, and therapeutic foster care services for youth. Provides behavioral and mental health services for those within NYAP's Foster Care programs. Also provides extensive training and support for fostering parents.

Provides subsidy to assist Ohio families after the finalization of their adoption. The subsidy is available to all adoptive families regardless of the type of adoption (international, attorney, public or private agency), with the exception of step-parent adoptions. The child DOES NOT have to meet either the federal or state definition of special needs to receive this subsidy. Each child may be eligible for up to $10,000 per year ($15,000 if residential treatment is recommended by a qualified professional).
