Families are linked with a case manager who supports the family in stabilizing housing, increasing earning power, and helping children thrive in school. Average program length is 18 months. Throughout the program, families can receive financial assistance to facilitate goal achievement.

Provides mental health and case management services to families with children who are having difficulty in school or at home, have poor coping skills and have mental, emotional and behavioral disturbances. Offers education and consultation through the linkage of community support services.
