Family Assistance Program (FAP) | Muskingum County Board Of Developmental Disabilities

Provides respite care; counseling, training and education; special diets; special equipment and home modifications. In addition, the new FAP program covers expenses for individuals on various waivers for any of the above services not included in the waiver. As with the old program, FAP is a payer of last resort where families are required to exhaust other possible funding sources before FAP will cover services. Available funding is based on a sliding fee scale and the family is required to furnish documentation of the families income of the last reported tax year.

The Map For Healing & Recovery (AND RELATED SERVICES) | Mission Addiction

Offers a comprehensive service, the Map for Healing & Recovery program, a fast track guide to help anyone, physically, emotionally, relationally and spiritually, including life purpose. We also provide personal coaching/mentoring for individuals, couples and families. We offer an optional, spiritual, inner healing prayer for deeper hurts and general prayer support for all participants. We teach about and officiate baptisms. We can also help some of our members in need with other job and life skills and other assistance. Volunteering can often be "therapeutic" and there are dozens of rewarding ways to help, in person and virtually. We also have regular social events. All services are offered in person in the Dayton area and online, anywhere in the country.

Offers residential treatment to stabilize and support female adolescents (including girls who are pregnant) and families during times of crisis. Has capacity for 22 girls and is certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health, serving counties throughout the state.
