Active Parenting 4th Edition | Townhall Ii Integrated Health Network

Offers a parenting education program to promote family interaction through activities designed to encourage healthy parent/child relationships. Parents discuss topics such as parenting styles, child development and developmental stages, self-esteem, discipline, parent needs, stress management, problem solving, and building supports. Note: Dinner, childcare, and educational activities for children are provided to participants.

Provides education for new dads and parenting dads with children ages birth to 5 years. Some education examples- childbirth and infant care education for fathers-to-be, effective communication, healthy relationships, parenting, co-parenting and so much more. Offers opportunities for one-on-one mentoring with a male advocate and group education/activities. When meeting with an advocate or attending classes, clients earn vouchers that can be used to acquire material needs for children birth to 5 years.

Childcare and $5 Kroger gift card at each meeting. Transportation provided if needed.

Support - Pregnant Women / New Parents | Heartbeat Of Lima

Offers counseling and support to pregnant women from a pro-life perspective. Provides referrals to adoption agencies, county programs, doctors and hospitals, and psychiatric counseling. Support can be offered to the client's family as well as to the father (or alleged father) of the baby. Participants have the opportunity to earn points that may be used to purchase baby items from the agency such as: infant clothing, formula, diapers, etc.
