When you’re in outpatient mental health treatment, whether you are stepping down from inpatient care or beginning treatment as an outpatient, your plan will include one of two programs. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) For people who need to maintain a work, home, or school schedule, our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers comprehensive outpatient services in a day or evening format. Typically, this program lasts two to four weeks and meets five to six days a week. You’ll participate in several sessions each day, including individual, group, and family therapy. You’ll also have opportunities to enjoy our beautiful grounds and take part in holistic activities like yoga, music, and art. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Your treatment plan may include our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which meets three to five days a week for a minimum of nine hours per week. This program offers group and family therapy, as well as medication management, skill development, and long-term recovery planning. Before you complete the program, we’ll make sure that any ongoing treatment you need is aligned with your aftercare provider. Some of the discussion areas for outpatient mental health treatment include triggers and warning signs, self-identity and self-esteem, coping skills, relapse stages and prevention, and understanding emotions and moods.

Gathering Hope House | Gathering Hope House

Provides a peer-led, community-based mental health recovery center. The program offers structured, trauma-informed services built around a work-ordered day model, including peer support, recovery groups, resource navigation, and life skills development. Members can access daily meals, showers, laundry, and clothing assistance. Onsite amenities include a computer lab with internet access, wellness and fitness area, game room, library, creative arts studio, and clothing closet. Members may participate in the Work-Ordered Day Program - a structured, recovery-oriented day program rooted in the Clubhouse model. Members engage in meaningful work activities that support the center's daily operations. They collaborate with staff in food service, clerical work, hospitality, maintenance, and member engagement. This peer-driven program builds routine, purpose, social connection, and pre-vocational skills in a supportive environment.
