Behavioral Learning Therapy is offered individually and in group format, and is broken into four sections: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Skills. The goal is to provide participants with skills needed in order to live a fulfilling life.

Horses move four dimensionally - up and down, side to side, back and forth and through space - all simultaneously. These planes of movement are transferred up from the horse's pelvis to the rider's pelvis and core system. Strengthening these core muscles provide stability in balance, improves breathability, ambulation and digestion.

Offers Equine Facilitated Mental Health for individuals with addiction, anxiety, PTSD, trauma and other mental health issues. Clients handle, groom, and ride horses as a part of an experiential habilitation or therapy program in which the horse serves as a co-facilitator or co-therapist. Certified Counselors may bring their clients to the farm where the agency will provide the Equestrian Therapy while the client's counselor/licensed therapist will hold their counseling session.

Program is designed for independent riders with special needs, as well as typical beginner and intermediate youth and adults. Riders in the Horsin’ Around program often include siblings of students in the Therapeutic Horseback Riding program, volunteers, and 4-H members. Lessons focus on learning natural horsemanship methods both on the ground and in the saddle and can include games and activities as well as videos and demonstrations. Most classes are taught using English style riding techniques and emphasize learning to ride in balance and rhythm with the horse. Horsin’ Around lessons focus on enabling students to be well-rounded equestrians so they can take what they have learned and apply it to anywhere they encounter horses.

Availability may vary by area, but counseling can be for: anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, sexual health and intimacy concerns, bereavement counseling, brain injuries, child and adolescent counseling, critical incident stress debriefing, divorce, family issues, gambling addiction, gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender issues, general counseling, marriage counseling, parent education, pastoral counseling, postpartum counseling, sexual assault counseling, sexual/love addiction counseling, substance use disorder counseling.
