SB-IOP The Skills-Based Intensive Outpatient Program meets for 12 hours per week during four days for 8 weeks. This program is specifically to help you develop skills to regulate emotions along with balancing eating patterns. MAP M’s Aftercare Program is for individuals who have completed M’s Place and are ready to transition to an IOP level of care. This program enables clients to continue to master important skills for recovery within the familiarity of their previous program.

MHA offers the national, evidence-based program Mental Health First Aid to teach the skills to respond to the signs of mental illness and substance use. Just as CPR helps you assist an individual having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid helps you assist someone experiencing a mental health or substance use-related crisis. In the Mental Health First Aid course, you learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help.

TMP offers a variety of Group Activities and Classes designed to encourage participation and education in a group setting. Class schedule changes monthly; refer to www.themainplace.org

Coalition provides a monthly support group for survivors of suicide, friends and family members.

Provides free basic medical services for low income adults without healthcare coverage. Does not provide school/work/sports physicals. Does not provide any disability, workers' comp or social security claims paperwork. Can provide referrals to primary care specialists or specialists who offer services on a sliding fee scale, as well as dental referrals. Can arrange for lab work or radiology services. Physical therapy services available. Offers limited eye screenings.

Trained volunteers assist callers through empathetic listening, assessing suicide risk, identifying problems and connecting callers with appropriate resources and referrals. Also presents educational programs about the warning sides of suicide and what to do when those signs are observed.

Coalition provides support for survivors of suicide, friends and family members.
