Program involves intensive group work while living with others who are experiencing addiction, attendance at AA meetings within the community, volunteer service opportunities outside the community, high school equivalency testing (if applicable), and job skills training. Goal is eventual full reintegration into society with tools to prevent relapse. Capacity is 48-52. Program staff are not trained counselors.

Absolute House | Treatmentworks

Provides a structured transitional living program for those with substance abuse issues. Housing and meals are provided. Residents attend regular group therapy sessions and 12-step meetings. Anger management, parenting classes and counseling, and family counseling are offered as needed. Residents must remain on site for the first two months and participate in highly structured recovery activities (this is Phase I of the program). After that, residents continue with individual recovery and addiction services, but are allowed to leave for mainstream employment (this is Phase II of the program).

Provides a 16 bed Men's residential treatment program for men who have been identified as having moderate to severe substance use disorder(s) and are unable to safely engage in early recovery outside of a structured 24 hour supervised setting. Men will participate in up to 30 hours a week of clinical programing, receive vocational and employment services case management services to being the identification of resources and benefits needed to increase the likelihood of successful transition back into the community that will support on-going recovery. The Recovery House is dedicated to helping those in recovery by offering a safe place to call home and providing community support to help people stay in recovery. Tenants who sign the month-to-month lease will pay rent and are required to submit to random drug testing. A recovery coach will visit the property regularly to monitor the tenants and ensure that no drugs or alcohol is on the property. Roommates and spouses are prohibited, although children might be permitted under certain circumstances. Tenants are expected to stay sober and participate in recovery programs. No treatment or counseling will occur at the house; rather, it's simply a place for recovering drug addicts to live in a supportive environment with others going through the same struggles. The home is divided into four apartments in a safe neighborhood with close proximity to public transit, restaurants and laundromats on Maple Avenue.

Halfway House offering a 45 to 50 day program that is ODADAS certified for both Halfway House and out-patient counseling. Provides daily two hour substance abuse therapy groups – first hour is didactic, either film or lecture; second hour is group discussion using the 12 Step model. Anger Management Groups – three times per week, two hour group discussion sessions. Emotions Group – twice weekly for two hour sessions. Topics include emotions and/or feelings of the resident while in a halfway house, away from family/friends, starting a new life, etc. 12 Step recovery meeting (AA/NA) – at least two per day.
