Provides maintenance of all sewers in the City of Fairview Park.

Operates and maintains wastewater collection, transportation, and treatment systems in the unincorporated areas of the County and in certain incorporated areas. Comprises a district known as the Summit County Metropolitan Sewer District. Consists of three (3) primary divisions known as Operations, Engineering, and Administration.

The Division of Wastewater is responsible for treating and returning environmentally clean, safe water. Additionally, the Division is responsible for maintaining the collection system, which consists of sanitary and combined sewers, lift stations and manhole structures. This includes the following townships: Austintown, Beaver, Boardman, Coitsville, Canfield, Jackson, Milton, Poland Township, and Springfield. Service is also provided to the villages of Craig Beach, New Middletown, Poland and the City of Campbell.

Provides residents and businesses of Twinsburg with sanitary services. Provides billing and customer service for sanitary services. Maintains and operates a wastewater treatment plant.
