Also presents a variety of seminars on topics relating to governance and nonprofit management. Organization does not lend money or provide legal service. Member professionals also present public seminars on business.

Coordinates paramedic training, staff development standards and accreditation, and problem solving techniques to upgrade the quality of emergency pre-hospital care. The agency does not provide direct services to clients.
