United Senior Services Headquarters is at 125 W. Main St where education, exercise, aquatics, recreation, and leisure activities are offered. Satellite locations offer a variety of education, exercise and leisure activities. Satellites are at the following locations: New Carlisle Center, 1216 W Lake Ave, and Enon Satellite, 7571 Dayton-Springfield Rd Enon, OH 45323.

The Social Support Program is designed to provide consistent support and encouragement for people who are isolated and need assistance of staff and volunteers to socialize with peers and to offer respite for their caregivers. A network of support is offered to those with mobility issues or cognitive challenges with the goal of supporting independence. Referrals are accepted through the local healthcare systems, family or self referrals.

Offers older adults programming including group exercise classes and aquatic programs that concentrate on mobility and flexibility, dance programs, educational programs, social events, day and overnight trips and volunteer activities.
