Services include prenatal and child birth education, medical referrals, talking with doctors and nurses, parenting resources, food assistance, baby items, as well as a healthy meal and the opportunity to socialize with other pregnant moms. Childcare and $5 Kroger gift card at each meeting. Transportation provided if needed.

Provides a comprehensive substance and mental health program for pregnant individuals. Program includes counseling, case management, peer support, psychiatric services, and collaboration with outside providers.

Provides intensive outpatient chemical dependency treatment in a 3-phase service. In Phase 1, a complete assessment is done, and counseling and group interventions begin. In Phase 2, the focus is on a relapse prevention plan, positive coping skills, responsibility and sober life management. Parenting classes are offered to clients who are required to participate as part of their plan, and are also open to other participants who have children. Phase 3 focuses on self recovery, journaling, and family roles and relationship sessions. 12-step meetings, individual and couples counseling are primary components of the larger program. Program includes education on topics like domestic violence, dealing with trauma, health screenings, referrals to needed basic services (food, housing, etc.) Child care is not available during sessions currently due to COVID 19.

Provides a variety of adoption services. Offers information on adoption and the different types of adoption. Provides evaluation of families looking to adopt and placement of children into an adoptive home. Offers post adoption services including counseling, therapeutic education, support groups, anger management and respite care.

Provides four (4) individualized prenatal quit smoking/vaping sessions to pregnant women. Women are eligible for a $50 voucher for diapers and/or wipes, if they test tobacco-free, during session three and four prenatal and monthly first six (6) months postpartum.

Services may include doctor visits, pregnancy services, prescriptions, mental health, substance abuse, hospital care, dental care, vision, immunizations and more.

Provides a residential treatment facility for women suffering from addiction to alcohol or other drugs. Length of stay is determined by medical necessity, with average stay of 4 months. Aftercare referrals provided which may include referral to Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Maximum length of in-patient stay is four (4) four months. Two months of aftercare are provided.

Harbor works to help children be successful in the home, school and neighborhood by providing services that include counseling, psychological testing, psychiatric evaluation, community based services, community psychiatric supportive treatment, home health services and evidence based treatments

Offers privately owned rental housing that is made available to low-income individuals, families, and older adults at reduced rates.

Offers childbirth education classes such as natural childbirth, lamaze, HypnoBirthing, relaxation techniques, multiple birth, bedrest and cesarean birth. Also offers classes for siblings and grandparents. Offers a yoga class for pregnant women focusing on relaxation and breathing. Also, offers instruction in infant massage for parents of babies up to one year of age. Also offers specialized counseling for women experiencing depression due to pregnancy or childbirth.

Provides information and referral to Greene County residents to help identify and address youth and family issues in many areas and also has a food pantry

Provides case management services to young adults. Clients will be paired with a trained case manager who will help develop a personalized case plan to foster independence. Participants will learn skills such as financial planning, job readiness, study skills, time management, goal-setting, problem-solving and critical thinking. Ten transitional housing beds are reserved for Geauga County residents only (clients may access case management services even if they are not using the housing portion of this program).

Provides a camp program that focuses on arts and recreational activities. Breakfast Lunch is provided. Capacity is 20 /session.

Offers a permanent supportive housing program for single parent homeless families with a disability, per HUD guidelines. - Promotes self-sufficiency of these families through advocacy, supportive services, and quality housing. - Leases are signed on a yearly, renewable basis.
