In our outpatient programs, we treat the following illnesses: Depression Anxiety PTSD Bipolar Disorder Borderline Personality Disorder Our program begins with a mental and physical health assessment. Based on your assessment and your needs, our team will recommend a treatment plan that typically includes a combination of talk therapy, holistic therapies, peer-to-peer support groups, and medication management. Dual Diagnosis for Co-Occurring Disorders Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan that addresses your needs and all of your symptoms. What Does Help Look Like We offer a wide range of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness training, family education and counseling, and fitness and wellness education. When you’re in outpatient mental health treatment, whether you are stepping down from inpatient care or beginning treatment as an outpatient, your plan will include one of two programs. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) For people who need to maintain a work, home, or school schedule, our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers comprehensive outpatient services in a day or evening format. Typically, this program lasts two to four weeks and meets five to six days a week. You’ll participate in several sessions each day, including individual, group, and family therapy. You’ll also have opportunities to enjoy our beautiful grounds and take part in holistic activities like yoga, music, and art. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Your treatment plan may include our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which meets three to five days a week for a minimum of nine hours per week. This program offers group and family therapy, as well as medication management, skill development, and long-term recovery planning. Provides a residential treatment facility for women suffering from addiction to alcohol or other drugs. Length of stay is determined by medical necessity, with average stay of 4 months. Aftercare referrals provided which may include referral to Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Maximum length of in-patient stay is four (4) four months. Two months of aftercare are provided.

Mobile Health Care | Ohio University

Provides mobile clinics, a program that travels throughout 24 Ohio counties, providing clinics at churches, community centers, worksites, schools and more. The mobile clinic is used for the following: - Free primary care clinics for community members who are uninsured or underinsured - Free women's health screening clinics - Immunization clinics for children and adults - Free adult health screenings for blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol checks - School bus driver physicals for public school systems (by arrangement) The clinics are staffed with a certified nurse practitioner and a registered nurse. Walk-ins are welcome as the schedule permits, and appointments are encouraged.
