The goal of the Electric Partnership Program (EPP) is to help eligible families lower their AEP bill. The EPP provides home energy audits and energy efficiency test for refrigerators and freezers. Eligible families may receive energy efficient light bulbs, showerheads, hot water tank insulation, pipe insulation and custom suggestions to help reduce the electric bill. NOTE: Older Refrigerators and freezers may be replaced free of charge if they meet certain requirements.
