Provides van transportation to shopping, church, medical appointments and other locations. Clients that are non-ambulatory will be transported via a regulated ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) vehicles or through an ambulance service.

Provide assistance with location of non-custodial parents, paternity establishment, establishment and enforcement of child support orders, establishment and enforcement of medical support orders, review and modification of support orders, request other states to enforce an Ohio order of support for parents who live-out-of-state, collecting and disbursing child support payments, and termination of Support Orders.

Provides comprehensive in-home, health-related services to 60+ individuals who meet an Intermediate Level of care. Provides Medicaid and state funds to assist and enable an individual with long-term care needs to remain in their own home. Services paid for by PASSPORT and provided by agencies that PASSPORT contracts with. Some of the services available under this program are: personal care, homemaker, adult day care, transportation, medical supplies, home-delivered meals, and nutrition counseling.

Provides assistance to qualified individuals and families. Intended to meet the local needs of families to overcome immediate barriers and help them become and stay self-supporting. Assistance available includes: Employment related expenses such as: -Vehicle repairs. - Driver's license fees (new or expired, does not include reinstatement). - Reimbursements for tools, equipment, uniforms, shoes/boots, and so forth. - Fingerprinting costs. - Gas vouchers for new employment (until receipt of first paycheck). Shelter/Housing expenses such as: - Rent or deposit for forestalling court-ordered evictions in rentals. - Bills to forestall utility shutoffs (gas, electric and water). - Fuel oil and propane purposes. - Emergency shelter due to fire, natural disaster, states of emergency, or domestic violence situations. Kinship assistance includes: - For a new kinship caregiver within six (6) months of a child moving into the home: Furniture and other items needs to care for children in the home. - Once a child(ren) has been with a kinship provider for more than six (6) months: There is an available reimbursement of child care costs up to four (4) months a year.

Help with home chores, repairs, minor modifications and minor auto repairs. Program ask that when you can, you pay for the materials, but all labor is done by donation only. Transportation is provided to seniors to appointments, grocery stores, churches, and a local food bank by donation.

Provides Veterans with a free pass for Medina County Public Transit.

Provides public transit services in the Central Ohio area. Services include local, Express, Crosstown, link and various park and ride locations. All fixed route vehicles are equipped with bike racks.

Fairfield County 211 partners with organizations in the community to act as a central intake point for some services. These programs are not listed online as they require a 211 referral. Provides public transportation by bus. Servicing Stow-Kent, Kent, Ravenna, Windham, Garrettsville, and Hiram.

Operates four (4) fixed bus routes that primarily serve the Ohio communities in Belmont and Jefferson Counties of Bellaire, Bridgeport, Brookside, Martins Ferry, Rayland, Shadyside, Tiltonsville, Yorkville and the communities located along the Blaine route west of Brookside (such as Wolfhurst, Lansing and Blaine). The four (4) bus routes also cross the Ohio River to offer service to and from downtown Wheeling. Connects with Steel Valley Regional Transit Authority (SVRTA) in Rayland, OH six (6) times a day Monday through Friday and five (5) times on Saturdays. The four (4) fixed routes operated by the Eastern Ohio Regional Transit Authority (EORTA) are the Blaine/Ohio Valley Mall, Martins Ferry/Rayland, Martins Ferry/Yorkville, and Shadyside runs.

Manages and operates door-to-door public transportation services in Harrison County. Also makes trips to surrounding counties.

Provides public transportation along fixed routes at scheduled times. Provides transportation for older adults and persons with disabilities through SCAT and ADA complementary paratransit as well as reduced fare on line service for qualified individuals.

Provides bus service to locations in the 48 contiguous states, Canada, and Mexico. Buses have air conditioning, restrooms, reclining seats, and tinted windows. Assistance for customers with disabilities includes wheelchair-lift equipped buses, accommodations for service animals, oxygen and more.

Provides financial assistance to help clients obtain transportation to and from their place of employment. All clients will be assessed for need and assistance provided will vary depending on the client's situation (this could be in the form of gas vouchers or bus fare). Does not assist with car repair or purchase.

Dial-a-Ride is a Demand Response system with curb to curb service five days a week, Monday-Friday. CABL will pick you up at your curb and is available to: • Anyone living in Washington County. Reservations for Dial-a-Ride service are recommended at least one day in advance. You can call up to 2 weeks ahead of time to schedule your trip. Same-day reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at an increased cost.

Services offered include emergency, short-term financial assistance for gasoline for work or doctor appointments.

Provides transportation to and from medical appointments at VA medical facilities in Cleveland, Parma, and Canton.
