Workers establish case management plans for youth, ensure they go to mandated counseling sessions, and attend school. Also, agency is a certified outpatient treatment agency, providing adolescent drug and alcohol services.

The offender's charges, skills, geographic location and work schedule are taken into consideration when he/she meets with the Social Service Liaison to be placed at a non-profit or government agency for community work service. Offenders are required to follow specific rules and regulations outlined in the assignment packet. The Social Service Liaison, along with the offender's supervision officer, will monitor an offender's compliance through regular contact with the placement agency. These contacts will include face-to-face visits with the offender at the work site.
