Acts as a resource of assistive technology and devices for people with vision impairment in southwest Ohio.

Provides comprehensive vision care to uninsured and underinsured children and adults in Ohio who qualify for the Prevent Blindness program.

Makes referrals to Prevent Blindness Ohio on behalf of clients needing eye exams and/or eyeglasses.

Offers eye examination through participating optometrists at no charge to infants under the age of 1 year old.

Provides training & nationally recognized certification in vision screening. Equipment to conduct screenings will be provided by organizations whose staff successfully completes the training.

Provides vision screenings and referrals to Prevent Blindness for a free or discount eye exam and a free pair of glasses

Providing a health fair for older adults. Free services include blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and vision screenings, and flu shots.

Provides free vision exams for income-eligible workers and their families who: have a job or live in a household with a working member, have no vision insurance, have income below an established level based on household size, and have not had an eye exam in the last two years.
