COVID-19 Temporary Message: Signature Health is continuing to offer all services. There are doctors, counselors, case managers, and supervisors on site every day. Hours of operation are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Telehealth will be used as much as possible. Anyone who enters the building will have their temperature taken. If someone brings a patient/client they will be asked to wait outside.

Protects community health by providing anonymous and confidential HIV testing (OraSure/Oraquick) and counseling, and encouraging behavioral changes that reduce the risk of AIDS, other sexually transmitted diseases and tuberculosis.
