Group and Individual sessions are held at multiple times during the week, allowing participants to live at home and still attend school or work as needed. Peer support through group sessions helps participants understand the disease of addiction, manage triggers and cravings, and mend relationships. In addition to group sessions, participants can benefit from one-on-one counseling, which can provide more focus to the individual client's issues.

New Beginnings Alcohol & Drug Treatment Services | Catalyst Life Services

Outpatient Services provide effective treatment and therapy services for adults age 18 and older who are abusing or addicted to alcohol and/or other drugs. Licensed chemical dependency professionals provide both individual and group therapy services to those with a primary drug and alcohol diagnosis. Services are also available for those individuals with a dual diagnosis of substance abuse and mental illness. New Beginnings Alcohol & Drug Treatment Services utilizes Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) in conjunction with twelve-step program principles for recovery, to assist those with co-occurring disorders. Inpatient Services provide residential treatment for adult men and women who are seeking help with an alcohol and/or drug addiction. Residents live at the facility which provides a safe and supportive environment for the course of the program. Residents participate in recovery oriented individual and group therapy, education groups, case management services, housing and employment services, and 12-Step meetings. Mental and physical health care needs are also addressed during treatment. Women’s issues are recognized as significant; pregnant females are eligible for services. Family programming is available for all clients. Upon completion of residential programming, persons are transferred to outpatient services.

Provides a supervised, structured outpatient treatment program for those with substance dependency. Services include: recovery planning, counseling, support and education. Will provide outpatient opioid detoxification if the client is assessed to need it (non-narcotic medication may be administered to treat the symptoms of withdrawal). Clients will be required to also attend AA meetings, or other 12-step community support programs. Support and counseling are offered to family members of the individual in treatment. Provides a naloxone kit to any community member. Naloxone is a prescribed nasal inhalant that reverses an opioid overdose. Kit includes 2 vials of medication, a small tip sheet on how to recognize an overdose, and where to access additional educational videos. Will receive instruction on how to recognize and respond to an overdose (as well as distinguish between different types of overdose) and how to administer intranasal Naloxone to reverse the opioid overdose. All training will be provided onsite or at a community partner location.
