Operates drug and alcohol abuse prevention with educational programs primarily for schoolage children.

Offer specialized programs for middle and high students involving: school curriculum and long term goal planning, dating and relationship skills, drug and alcohol awareness, refusal skills for all at risk behaviors; media and body image; bullying, how to make positive choices, and mental health awareness.

Provides advocacy and referrals for individuals with disabilities who have a history of chemical abuse or who are currently alcohol or drug-dependent.
