Every partner family must perform a minimum of 250 hours of "sweat equity" which includes working on their own house and those of other Habitat families, attend homeownership classes and provide Habitat program support. HFH of Southeast Ohio, is searching for office space in Zanesville, so that they can cover the northern based counties. The main office is located in Athens County, Ohio, but there will eventually be a Zanesville based organization that will serve as the second base of operations. Habitat for Humanity is looking to serve 40 families each year.
